Party-list lawmaker France Castro, accompanied by her lawyers Rico Domingo and Tony La Vina, files a motion to quash a resolution for dismissal of her criminal complaint against former President Rodrigo Duterte. The Quezon City Prosecutor’s office tossed out her charge against the erstwhile Chief Executive for lack of evidence.
