Newly minted Army officers

The Philippine Army has 288 new second lieutenants, fresh graduates of the Officer Candidate Course (OCC), a one-year intensive training for Army officers. Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro is guest of honor and speaker at the graduation ceremony held at the Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command, Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on Dec. 5, 2023.
