Fireworks erupt above Baguio City’s so-called ‘three corners’—Baguio City Hall, Baguio Country Club, and SM Mall Baguio—on Sunday night to mark the end of the monthlong Panagbenga Flower Festival, the first live celebration after the COVID-19 pandemic.
