Stream of COCs

Ballot boxes containing Certificates of Canvass (COCs) and Election Returns (ERs) for President and Vice President arrive at the Senate which has so far received 128 COCs representing 74 percent of the expected total of 173 COCs for eventual transmission to the Lower House where the official canvassing will be done during a joint session on May 24.
