Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Benjamin Diokno (center) reiterates during the Bloomberg ASEAN Business Summit that monetary policy decisions will continue to be based on data. The move comes as inflation settled at 3 percent in January and February 2022, but pressures from rising oil prices may pose upside risks.
