‘Lakbay Alalay’

The Department of Public Works and Highways of the Quezon Province’s 4th Engineering District shows it’s ready for the ‘Lakbay Alalay’ motorists’ program  for All Saints’ Day, starting at station 19 on the old zigzag road in Barangay Malicboy, Pagbilao, Quezon (inset photo). District engineer Cely S. Flancia and assistant district engineer Gener J.
