Cash subsidy payout

Senator Lito Lapid gives away cash aid to 413 beneficiaries in Quiapo Manila, victims of a recent conflagration in the district. The financial subsidy is done through the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation program.
