Financial aid comes to Tabaco City

Indigent residents of Tabaco City receive their share of the government’s financial assistance program dubbed TUPAD through the collaboration of Senators Risa Hontiveros and Manuel Lapid, and Albay Rep. Edcel C. Lagman, along with Tabaco City Mayor Cielo Krisel Lagman-Luistro.
