FVR stamps

Cristina Ramos-Jalasco, daughter of the late former President Fidel V. Ramos, speaks and later joins Postmaster General Norman N. Fulgencio in launching the “FVR” stamps and opening the Commemorative Exhibit and Memorabilia honoring the country’s 12th Chief Executive at the Central Post Office in Manila on Friday.

The Philippine Post Office also celebrates National Stamp Collecting Month and the 255th anniversary of the Philippine Postal System.
