Isabela-bound relief goods

Volunteers from the House of Representatives and the Philippine National Police load up some 100 boxes of relief goods on trucks for distribution to victims of tropical storm Paeng in the northern Luzon province of Isabela. The humanitarian project was spearheaded by Speaker Martin Romualdez.
