The Alsons Power group’s Siayan Sindangan Zambo-River Power Corp. affirms its commitment to advance technical education in its host communities through a memorandum of agreement with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-Zamboanga Peninsula (Region 9) and the municipality of Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte province. Signing the agreement are Siayan Mayor Alberto Bongcawel (center), TESDA regional director Dan Navarro (third from right) and SZPC project manager Francis Ruther Icao (third from left), with Sangguniang Bayan member Daisy Limbang, SB member Wencito Intoy, Siayan vice mayor Josecor Gepolongca and TESDA provincial director Alan Bacatan witnessing the event. SZPC also turned over electrical, construction and welding tools and equipment valued at P200,000 for the TESDA Tech Vocational Training Center in the Siayan.
