Subic-Vanguard pact

The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), in partnership with The Vanguard Academy with Le Charme Suites and Meat Plus Café, has hired special needs adults within their respective establishments. Labor Department Manager Melvin Varias, with Le Charmé Chief Executive Officer Josephine Pellicer and Meat Plus Café Group Operations Manager Eizon Wilmar Sampang, welcomed the 11 program pioneers.
