Newly installed National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Gen. Felipe Natividad troops the line at the Manila Police District (MPD) during a visit to the unit’s headquarters on U.N. Avenue, Manila. MPD director Brig. Gen. Leo Francisco escorted their new chief during the event. The NCRPO has issued 677 Galil assault rifles to further enhance the MPD’s crime-fighting capability.
