About 300 owners of sari-sari stores and small eateries from Cebu, Bohol, and Dumaguete in Central Visayas, all victims of Typhoon Odette, receive P3,500 in financial assistance from former Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano to fund their small businesses on Thursday.
