Year of prosperity

The Philippine Stock Exchange holds a bell ringing ceremony to welcome the Year of the Water Tiger on Feb. 2. PSE president and chief executive Ramon Monzon says the Year of the Tiger is supposed to be a year of possibilities and prosperity.
