Seaoil-Caltex partnership.  Seaoil Philippines and Caltex Australia Ltd. sign a strategic partnership wherein the Australian company will acquire a 20-percent interest in the Philippines’ largest independent fuel player.  Sealing the deal are (from left) Seaoil chief executive Glenn Yu, chairman Francis Yu, Caltex Australia executive general manager for fuels and infrastructure Louise Warner and chief financial officer for fuels and infrastructure Douglas Darley.
