Black Arrow Express, Dragonpay team up

Black Arrow Express, a last mile and consumer delivery firm, said Monday it teamed up with Dragonpay, an online payment platform that allows consumers to conveniently pay for the service in-app.

“This partnership brings two strong players and two key drivers in the eCommerce industry together—Dragonpay, with their expertise in the local financial technology space, and Black Arrow Express, with our logistics legacy through our parent company, the AAI group,” Black Arrow Express president Allan Brizuela said.

“We are committed to further empowering individuals and SMEs, after recently completing over 15 million COD shipments over the last 2 years,” he added.
