Sitel Group, one of the largest global providers of customer experience products and solutions, is represented by Ravi Iyengar (second row, left), chief operating officer of Sitel Philippines, Australia and New Zealand, at the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines’ annual conference. The event focused on how the workplace is evolving to meet the challenges of the new normal.
