State-run Philippine National Oil Co. said Friday it posted a 100-percent increase in comprehensive income in the nine-month period to P855 million from P425 million a year ago on higher revenues.

The company said revenues reached P1.294 billion from January to September, up from P847 million it generated in the same period last year.

Expenses declined in the nine month period to P189 million from P298 million in 2020.

Meanwhile, PNOC said it was looking at rebidding the engagement of a transaction advisor for the strategic petroleum reserve project. The first round of publication for the engagement of the TA failed after no party was qualified to submit a bid in August.
