PWD’s trike

Industrial fabricator Jeff Ylagan demonstrates the use of the tricycle he customized for a  person-with-disability at his workshop in Paranaque City on Sunday, August 15, 2021. The clutch and brake are  placed at the handle and can be controlled by hands. Ylagan  is not a PWD but says he inspired to make a PWD tricycle after a visit to Japan where PWD accessibility is among  priority.
