Television darling Belle Mariano accomplished a breakthrough in her recording career with “Sigurado,” a single that reached more than six million streams.
Released on May 14, the track “Sigurado” was named as one of the official soundtracks for the coming-of-age online series “He’s into Her,” which pairs Belle and Donny Pangilinan in lead roles.
As Belle’s debut single was made available on different streaming platforms such as Spotify, an official lyric visualizer video was also released. A few days later, a music video was also uploaded on YouTube that already amassed more than two million views in a span of two months.
“Sigurado” was included on numerous playlists on Spotify such as OPM Rising and Top 50 songs in the Philippines. Moreover, the artist was also chosen by Spotify to be the featured artist on the cover of the “Tatak Pinoy” playlist. At the same time, the single also made it to Apple Music’s “Absolute OPM” playlist.
Besides having a solo performance of her single, a duet lyric version with her Donny was also released on YouTube and currently has more than one million views.
As the first single of the teen actress continued to show exceptional performance, supporters express their admiration for the artist anticipating a follow-up record to be released by the singer-actress.
Belle started to showcase her musical inclination by uploading videos of her singing covers and playing musical instruments.
