Locals and tourists taking their time to appreciate the different art on exhibit at the Baguio Malcolm Square on Thursday. In the heart of Baguio beside the City Market, Malcolm Square was named after Justice George A. Malcolm, who wrote the Charter of Baguio making it a city on September 1, 1909. He established the College of Law at the University of the Philippines, became its first dean and was considered the youngest associate justice of the Philippine Supreme Court.
