Navotas Rep. John Rey Tiangco and City Health Officer Dr. Christia Padolina receive two polymerase chain reaction (PCR) thermal cyclers from Budget Sec. Wendel Avisado. The machines will be placed at the Navotas City Hospital and the Tumana Health Center.
