Megawide Construction Corp. said Monday it bagged P26.3-billion worth of multi contracts from Suntrust Home Developers Inc., the Philippine unit of Hong Kong-listed Suncity Group Holdings Limited (Suncity), to build a hotel and casino project.
Megawide said in a statement it was initially awarded a P6.3-billion contract for the initial works in the development of Westside City Resorts World project. Another P20 billion worth of contract was given to Megaworld, including interior design and allied services, additional architectural, structural and civil works in the main hotel and casino.

Westside City Resorts World is the fourth integrated resort and casino to rise within the Entertainment City by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.in Paranaque City. The project is expected to be completed within 30 months from start of construction.
