Financial education

The Department of Agriculture through the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, BDO Foundation and the Fish Right Program of the US Agency for International Development launch a partnership on the financial education of fishers across the country.
