The Tacloban Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (TFCCCI) thru its President Mr. Jack Uy turns over health kits – with 5,000 pieces of face masks, 2,700 pieces of face shields, 1,440 bars of soap, and 1,440 bottles of liquid disinfectants — to the Tacloban City Police Office (TCPO) under the leadership of City Director PCOL Darwin S.
