Skyway 3 opens

Public Works Secretary Mark Villar (left) and San Miguel Corp. President and CEO Ramon Ang lead the partial opening of Skyway Stage 3 on Tuesday. The expressway, which will be toll-free for one month, will help decongest EDSA and reduce the travel time of motorists from NLEX and Alabang, and between Makati and northern Manila.
