Lake Lucena?

Heavy rains brought about by a low pressure area and southwest monsoon caused floodings and forced-evacuation of residents in some parts of Lucena, Quezon province early morning on Friday October 9, 2020. Authorities are still assessing the damage to property, infrastructure and crops.
