Tondo’s wanted person nabbed

Police authorities in Tondo, Manila have announced the arrest and subsequent detention of what they described as the 10th most wanted person in the capital’s waterfront district.

They identified the suspect, nabbed Monday, as Rhealyn Hernandez y Formaran alias “Yangyang”, 26 years old, female, single, jobless, residing at 735 Lecheros Street, Tondo.

Major Gen. Debold Sinas, chief of the National Capital Region Police Office, said: “The public plays an important role in every police operation, and I want to thank them for fully supporting Team NCRPO. I also want to commend Manila’s Finest for their commitment and dedication in relentlessly apprehending Metro’s Most Wanted Persons.” 

The arrest followed several days of monitoring and surveillance to locate the whereabouts of the suspect.

The accused has a pending warrant of arrest dated March 4, 2020 issued by Judge Frederick Separa of Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 118, Navotas City for the crime of theft.

The accused was informed about the standing Warrant of Arrest against her and was properly apprised of her constitutional rights, police said.
