Members of SOCO gather evidence after unidentified gunmen ambushed and killed a city council secretary and a doctor while driving along Jubilation Road in Biñan City on Sunday night. The city council secretary, identified as Edward Reyes, was also ambushed three years ago and survived, but a security staff member died in the incident, according to reports.
