Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar at Shangri-La at the Fort has reopened its doors to the public on July 17.
Guests can enjoy their favorite grain- and grass-fed cuts as well as other well-loved signature dishes when they come to dine for dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
While beef is still the prime subject on the restaurant’s menu, Chef de Cuisine Kai Lindner offers a refreshed menu for the occasion, which includes some new takes on the signature dishes guests have come to know and love.
Start the dining experience right with a classic Caesar Salad (Romaine lettuce, anchovies pancetta, parmesan flakes, and egg) or the Tuna Nicoise salad (seared tuna loin, mesclun leaves, capsicum, tomato, celery, and fennel).
Amplify the flavors with the Maryland crab cakes (black garlic aioli, apple, celery, and salsa) right before diving in deep to the main subject – the restaurant’s signature Jack’s Creek Tomahawk or the Darling Downs from Queensland in Australia. Guests may also opt for the dry-aged striploin from Ireland for variety.
A perfect pair should never be looked past with Raging Bull Chophouse and Bar’s array of beverages, including a hefty list of whiskey-based cocktails. Enjoy a smoky and spirited Cowboy Old Fashioned or go for the refreshing and cheekily named Take Madame to a Bubble Bath. The master wine list of the hotel is also housed in this restaurant. With such a diverse selection line-up, Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar recently received this year an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine, an American lifestyle publication.
A dessert menu housing new items caps off the experience – try out the Passionfruit Pavlova (passionfruit cream, passionfruit coulis, vanilla sable), Trio of Lemon (lemon sponge cake, lemon curd, honey lemon parfait) and the Spiced Pineapple (caramel spiced pineapple, rum ice cream, salted caramel sauce, pineapple crisp).
At Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila guests are assured of the highest standards of food safety and sanitation measures allowing diners to fully enjoy the Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar experience. For inquiries and reservations, follow and message Raging Bull Chophouse on Facebook.
