Two high-value targets were arrested in a buy-bust operation by elements of the Drug Enforcement Team & Special Operations Group-Cavite Provincial Intel Unit led by Police Major Dhefry Punzalan together with RSOU4A last Friday in Barangay Molino 4, Bacoor City, Cavite.
Police Col. Marlon Santos, Provincial Director of the Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the arrested drug suspects as Chito Gotgotao, 32 years old, married, jobless, a native of Quezon City and a resident of New Lower Bicutan Taguig City, and Charlie Legaspi, 48 yrs old, married, driver, a native of Antique and a resident of Central Signal Village, Taguig City.
Police Major Dennis Villanueva, Chief of the Public Information Office of Camp Pantaleon Garcia in Imus City, Cavite, said the two conspired to sell a heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu weighing more or less five grams to a police poseur-buyer in exchange for the buy bust money.
