NBI arrest teacher who offered P50-M for Duterte slay

Zambales teacher who offered P50-m reward for the killing of President Duterte asked for forgiveness.  He was arrested by NBI and said he didn't have the P50m. 

The 25 year old suspect was not named but he was presented to the NBI HQ this morning, according to GMA News TV.  He told DZBB that he posted the reward offer on his social media account to "catch netizens' attention"
