Ten kilos of suspected shabu worth P68 million are laid out on the street along Roces Avenue on Tuesday after Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-National Capital Region operatives arrested two foreigners, Lawrence Ikegwuruka of Nigeria and Michella Augustin, for possession of the illegal drug at Roxas District in Quezon City.
