The biggest swimming event in the country this year will be tackled in the resumption of the Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum this Tuesday at the conference hall of the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
Philippine Aquatics Inc. secretary general and Batangas First District Rep. Eric Buhain is going to talk about the 11th Asian Age Group Championships set from Feb. 26 to March 9 at the New Clark City Aquatics Center in Capas, Tarlac.
Joining Buhain in the public sports program are local organizing committee officers Joseph ‘Jojit’ Alcazar (president and CEO) and Dave Carter (COO).
The session starts at 10:30 a.m. and is presented by San Miguel Corporation, Philippine Sports Commission, Philippine Olympic Committee, MILO, and the 24/7 sports app in the country, ArenaPlus.
The swimming competition supported by both the PSC and POC, will be joined by more than 1,000 athletes from 25 countries.
The Forum is livestreamed via the PSA Facebook page fb.com/PhilippineSportswritersAssociation and aired on a delayed basis over Radyo Pilipinas 2, which also shares it on its official Facebook page.
