A skating area at Linear Park in Pasay officially launched last Jan. 25 in Barangay 143 and was led by Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano in collaboration with JCI Manila.
“It is in this light that we share with you the excitement, motivation, and inspiration as we mount the groundbreaking ceremony of the Pasay Linear Skatepark. Of course, with collaboration, communication, and coordination with JCI Manila, this Skatepark is poised to be one of the highlights in our thrust towards building spaces that will serve as backdrops to new core memories of our public,” the mayor said.
The Skatepark aims to provide a proper and safe area for young people who love to skateboard as well as a clean and beautiful venue for Pasayeños.
Other attendees during the launch include representatives of JCI Manila and Leanne Rubiano, president of JCI Manileña.
