Internet sensation Small Laude was officially introduced as the brand ambassador for the Center for Advanced Dentistry (CAD). Her official launch as the face of the brand on Jan. 10 also marked the opening of CAD’s new branch at Shangri-La at the Fort.
Known for her unique blend of elegance and relatability, Laude has captured the hearts of Filipinos across the nation. The internet star, who has expressed her desire for veneers to enhance her smile, shared her excitement about partnering with CAD.
“I heard they are very good with veneers, and that is what I want… I saw it from my friends,” Laude stated during the media briefing, mentioning figures like former actress-politician Cristina Gonzales as her inspiration.
CAD, led by its doctor-owners Nelda Valencia-Eufemio, Mia Valencia-Angeles, and Carlito Librando, takes pride in offering “ultra-thin” veneers that provide a more transparent and natural appearance compared to other dental coverings available locally and internationally.
Valencia-Eufemio revealed that an impressive 95 percent of CAD’s clientele comes from abroad, specifically seeking their renowned veneer treatments. She emphasized, “We take pride na Pinoy-made ito… They just spend a couple of days here, then they fly back. So buhay talaga ang dental tourism.”
In her insights on veneers, Laude emphasized key considerations for individuals contemplating this dental treatment. Firstly, she highlighted the contemporary trend where modern veneers, such as those available at CAD, boast a thinner and more natural appearance, steering clear of the bulky look associated with traditional chiclet veneers.
“And they have this, I heard the state-of-the-art dental technology. And that’s what I want,” Laude said.
Additionally, discussing the durability of veneers, Laude, referring to the insights of Dr. Valencia-Eufemio, stressed the role of reputable clinics in ensuring the long-lasting quality of veneers.
She pointed out that the overall lifespan of veneers is contingent upon the care provided by the end-user.
