Holcim Philippines is recognized by the government for its positive union relations that are driving business performance and creating a positive impact. The company’s plant in Bacnotan, La Union is among the 17 finalists in the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) Search for Outstanding Labor-Management Cooperation and Grievance Machinery for Industrial Peace in November which was attended by plant and union leaders.
