From beneficiaries to breadwinners

About 84 Navoteño families, who are members of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, or 4Ps, were recognized upon their graduation as beneficiaries of the program. Their graduation means that they have reached Level 3 standard of living or Self-sufficiency according to the Social Welfare and Development Indicators (SWDI). It signifies that graduated beneficiaries can live without assistance from the said program.
