Rescuers try to reach an unidentified man spotted perched atop an electric post. The man also crossed electric lines to evade authorities attempting to rescue him on Wednesday in Barangay Kalumpang, Marikina City. Residents said the man began climbing the electrical posts after he was ordered to vacate an abandoned property.
