Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno represents the Philippines at the 30th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers’ Meeting in San Francisco, California on Nov. 13, 2023, chaired by United States Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen. With the theme ‘Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All’ the finance ministers’ meeting aims to discuss important economic issues such as action plans on strengthening financial resilience, advancing fiscal reforms, trends in sustainable finance and digital assets and the global and regional economic and financial outlook.
