CARD Program in Caloocan

Caloocan City 2nd District Representative Mitch Cajayon-Uy speaks during the Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution (CARD) Program of the Office of the House Speaker and the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Barangay 129, Caloocan City.
