Avida Land is celebrating its 33rd anniversary with the South Park District Mural Competition, offering a substantial cash prize of P500,000 for a team of talented visual artists. The competition’s theme, “Part City, Part Nature, Pure South,” aligns with Avida’s commitment to creating living spaces that blend urban comfort with natural vibrancy.
The winning team will not only receive the cash prize but will also have the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on South Park District, located in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The district encompasses Avida Towers Ardane, Avida Towers Altura, Central Park, South Park Center mall, and South Park Corporate Center, known for its thoughtful design and art installations by Reginald Yuson.
The competition is open to amateur and professional artists, 18 years and older, residing in the Philippines. Each group must consist of one leader and a minimum of nine members.
Participants are required to submit a digital copy of their mural design in PDF format, emphasizing eye-catching, Instagram-worthy features and interactivity. The mural design must be achievable within fourteen working days and fit within a space of 20.5 meters in height and 40 meters in width.

Ten groups will be shortlisted as finalists, with the announcement scheduled for November 10. The finalists will present their designs to a panel of judges, including Avida officials, who will select the winning design. Davies Paints will provide materials for the winning team.
