Gringo’s Hungry Hombres: Never-boring solo platters

In the bustling metropolis with its fast-paced city life, one thing remains constant – the ever-present craving for an exciting, filling, and flavorful dining experience.

Whether it’s a much-needed break from the demands of the workday, or a leisurely get together, diners seek a fusion of fun and indulgence.

Plate 1 features char-grilled chicken and savory ribs

Gringo’s “Hungry Hombre” answers this gustatory craving. These new solo platter offerings allow people to enjoy a dining experience where they call the shots – from choosing one or two meats and their preferred carbs, served with a delightful side of tacos or a Caesar salad, and paired with Gringo’s signature house-brewed iced tea.

Available all-day on weekdays, the concept for Hungry Hombre is simple: “No Hombre will go hungry, and no plate will ever be boring.”

Plate 1 boasts of Gringo’s delectable char-grilled chicken and the savory ribs, while Plates 2 and 3 allow customers to enjoy each of these treats separately.

Plate 4 presents Gringo’s tender and juicy Cuban Beef Lechon while Plate 5 features a unique crispy catfish dish, adorned with tart pico de gallo and fresh cilantro.

Meanwhile, the selection for carbs includes the classic Cuban rice or a choice between mouthwatering Angus Beef Linguine, a tomato-based pasta bursting with flavor, or the creamy and meaty Bacon Cream Fusilli for those who love white pasta.

Plate 5 is a crispy catfish dish topped with tart pico de gallo and fresh cilantro.
