Massive river cleanup

Navotas Mayor John Rey Tiangco, along with Environment Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga, Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan, and San Miguel Corp. president Ramon S. Ang, sign an agreement to undertake a big cleanup of the heavily silted Navotas River under the local government unit’s Adopt-a River Program.
