During the simultaneous hosting of the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair from September 23 to 24 across four provinces – Ilocos Norte, Camarines Sur, Leyte, and Davao de Oro – the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) seamlessly integrated its presence in line with its concurrent third quarter “Boses ng Bayan” survey endeavors.
Embracing an autonomous methodology, the RPMD team meticulously engaged attendees using a detailed metric framework. The examination encapsulated attendance rates, service uptake, service delivery effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and accessibility parameters.
The culmination of RPMD’s rigorous evaluation spotlighted an exceptional satisfaction rate of 90% among attendees, a testament to the event’s efficacious design and aptitude in addressing its beneficiaries’ diverse needs, the group said in a statement.
Given the palpable success, RPMD earnestly suggested President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. amplify and allocate more resources to this exemplary initiative, augmenting its reach to a broader spectrum of Filipinos.
Ana, an event attendee and an interviewee of RPMD, conveyed profound appreciation after securing services from the SSS, Philhealth, and PagIBIG seamlessly at the fair. She also benefitted from the DOH’s consultation services, availing complimentary medicines, and received a relief package from the DSWD.
Amid the a massive participant influx, Ana extolled the impeccable organization of the event and particularly commended the measures ensuring nutritional provisions for all.
The Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair emerged as a paragon, encapsulating 40 government agencies’ services delivered promptly and proficiently, RPMD said.
The event’s sterling organization and service model garnered resounding acclaim, Dr. Paul Martinez of RPMD said, adding it accentuated” the unwavering commitment to participant welfare, ensuring that none were left unattended or unfed.”
Dr. Martinez extolled President Marcos’s visionary initiative, lauding the objective of proactively delivering essential government services to underserved Filipinos nationwide.
The Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair National Secretariat incorporates entities like the Office of the President, Office of Speaker Martin Romualdez, the Presidential Communications Office, the House of Representatives, and 40 national government agencies.
Reaffirming its dedication to its survey, RPMD independently stationed teams in each province, conducting interviews with over 1,000 attendees at the fair to capture a holistic perspective of its efficacy and broader influence.
