The flagship project of real estate brand Filigree, has enlisted one of the country’s most reputable contractors, EEI Corporation, for the general construction works of Two Botanika.
The construction milestone came at a timely moment: Botanika Nature Residences recently receiving a 5-star rating from the Asia Pacific Property Awards for Best Architecture Multiple Residences Category Philippines for 2023-2024.
Two Botanika is expanding options to cater to a wider market, as it now offers 1-bedroom units for solo living, as well as family-ready 3-bedroom units.
Designers and consultants tapped for the project include Leandro V. Locsin Partners, the Architect on Record, Tina Periquet of Periquet Galicia Inc. for the unit space planning, Singapore-based Isabelle Miaja of Miaja Design Group Interior Design for Two Botanika’s common spaces, Bill Higgins and John Sheehy of Architecture International as the master planning consultant, and AECOM Singapore as the consultant for the landscaping design,.
