Caloocan police station bags three awards in NCRPO 122nd service anniversary

The Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) was once again recognized by the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) in the 122nd Police Service Anniversary held at Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City on Tuesday, August 29.
Three out of four coveted city-level awards were conferred to the CCPS by PNP Chief PGen. Benjamin Acorda, which included Most Number of Arrested Persons, Most Number of Confiscated Firearms, and Best on Anti-Illegal Gambling Operations.
Caloocan Chief PCol. Ruben Lacuesta expressed his pride towards the local police force and his gratitude to City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan for his undying support of peace and order programs initiated by the CCPS.
Lacuesta said.
Mayor Along congratulated the CCPS for yet another achievement and expressed his continued commitment to ensure that the city police will get the necessary assistance from the city government.
The local chief executive likewise observed that the good performance of the police force does not only serve as a deterrent to crime but also helps in providing peace of mind to his constituents.
