Filinvest City, an expansive prime property in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, on Friday inaugurated an electric vehicle charging station as it pursues innovation and eco-conscious mobility solutions.

“We do not want to be left behind by other countries with regards to electrification of vehicles, although, it will take some time for this concept to be fully adopted. For those looking to charge their cars, this is a spot for them,” Filinvest Development Corp. director Michael Edward Gotianun said.
Gotianun said the newly-inaugurated two-slot EV charging station is the first for Filinvest Land Inc. The company plans to roll out more stations in different properties.
“We are probably taking it into consideration, and along with the EVIDA [Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act] law, we are probably putting some parking charging stations in our other developments,” Gotianun said.
