V, a member of the global supergroup BTS, has just released the official music video for one of the tracks from his debut album “Layover” on the late night of August 9.
Titled “Love Me Again,” the video showcases V in dazzling vintage sequined outfits as he sings in front of an analog television, expressing a desire for someone to love him again and asserting that he wants nobody else.
According to an official announcement from Big Hit, “Love Me Again” is described as a “light and captivating R&B track with an alluring vibe that lingers long.” This suits the signature baritone voice of the 27-year-old idol perfectly.
“Love Me Again” is the first of six tracks from “Layover” to release its music video, which will be officially out on September 8, coinciding with the release of his title track “Slow Dancing.”
Additionally, Big Hit’s promotion schedule for V’s “Layover” indicates that the music video for the song “Rainy Days” will be released on August 11.
V is the seventh member of BTS to release a solo album, as the septet decided to take a break from group activities.
